DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/ANGER MANAGEMENT TREATMENT GROUP
The ADAPT (Anger and Domestic Abuse Prevention and Treatment) program is an 18-week domestic violence and anger management program for voluntary or court ordered individuals. Focus is on helping members learn emotional regulation skills to prevent milder forms of anger arousal. ADAPT groups offered in Reston, Chantilly, Fairfax, and Alexandria.
